Olympus Labs UK does not process payments. Depending on the payment type and service selected your best option is to contact either your bank or the payment service provider used.

What is the default currency prices are listed in?

Our default currency is GBP, but you should be able to toggle between a number of different currencies, and or have the currency be automatically updated depending on your region.

My Payment was declined, what can I do?

I forgot to add my discount code before checking out, what options are there?

If for some reason you forgot to add a discount code and realized after checking out, as a one time courtesy we can add a credit to your user account for the total of the discount credit. This has to be done within 24 hours of placing your order.

I did not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.

Please check your spam folder. If the email has not been received please contact us through email or chat and we’ll be happy to assist.

How are your products verified?
All of our products are verified by Janoshik. Each part of the process includes third party testing and verification. This includes testing the raw material for ingredient purity and the finished product’s contents for ingredient identification & concentration. You can view comprehensive test reports for each product in an easy to read.
Do you have 3rd party testing for all the products?
Yes, all our products are third party tested and can be tracked by the batch code listed on our products.
Can humans use these products?
Absolutely NOT. All products sold on stg-olympuslabs-staging.kinsta.cloud are strictly intended for laboratory research only. Please review our terms and conditions in full before purchasing any product on this website. We have a zero tolerance policy in place for this so please review the contents of our terms and conditions carefully.
How Should these products be stored?
Storing products at room temperature is advised.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please visit our shipping services page to view detailed information regarding transit times. Order times will vary depending on shipping service selected at checkout. If you have any questions after reviewing the contents of the shipping services page, we’ll be happy to assist you via chat or email.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders within the UK above £50 GBP and £200 internationally will be upgraded to free shipping. You’ll be able to select this option at checkout.
My tracking number hasn’t updated for a while, what’s going on?
It can take up to 2-3 weeks for tracking to update sometimes due to a wide number of logistical reasons. If for some reason this time period has passed without an update please contact us so we may assist you.
My package is marked delivered according to my tracking but I haven’t received it.
There are occasions when an order may be marked delivered according to tracking but then be delivered 1-2 days later. If for some reason, it doesn’t deliver after this time period please contact us so we may assist you.
My order is stuck in customs, what can I expect?
Orders going through customs is a normal process and tracking update. If the order were seized you would receive a letter in the mail regarding the seizure. If your order is seized we will try our best to work with you and reach a solution.
My order was confiscated, what can I expect?
It is in our terms of service that all customers understand the laws and regulations of their country before ordering, however in good faith if your package is confiscated we can offer a re-ship with a 50% off order value. We encourage all customers to read our terms and conditions before ordering.
My order was damaged in transit, is it still good?
Please send us an email with photos showing the state your package was received in. If the tamper proof seal on the bottles is in tact then the product has not been tampered with. We will take each case on a case by case basis.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
Yes, We will ship and or attempt to ship to whatever address you state as your delivery address upon checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the same business day or by the next business day after payment is received.

Invoices and card payments are verified promptly, allowing us to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the time of day the order is placed and overall order volume.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
No, we do not allow any of the following. We are a research chemical provider that completes our service by offering third party tested research chemicals.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can not be cancelled once payment has been placed. Orders can be modified in product type, quantity, and or in the case of bundling two orders to qualify for free shipping by contacting us through support@olympuslabs.uk
